Hello, I'm Debbie Holloway!

Not only am I a native Tennessean, I have had the pleasure of living throughout the middle and eastern parts of the Volunteer State. Born in Nashville and raised in Hendersonville, I have lived in Knoxville, Columbia, and Chattanooga, moving back to Knoxville in 1995. I have worked in a variety of fields, which contributed to a robust business foundation on which I have built my success. I live in Knoxville with my husband Dana and we spend as much time as we can having fun with our two grown children, their spouses, and our four beautiful grandchildren.

It is my pleasure to introduce you to Kathy Holloway, my exclusive Buyer Agent and Licensed Assistant. Kathy was born in Pennsylvania and raised in New Jersey. Kathy has been a valued member of my team since 2013. A devoted mom to her son, Brett, and precious 3-pound chihuahua named Fiona, Kathy extends her caring personality to her clients.
